Acosta Associate Spotlight - Tyson Deli Team

After winning Tyson Deli as a client, the Acosta team worked effectively and efficiently to achieve client trust and key performance indicators. The team banded together as Tyson Deli opened market interviews nationally to ensure they had the best deli broker by market and customer. The team also succeeded in recruiting and training business managers, customer managers, administrative staff, retail leadership and Fresh Techs.

The Tyson team opened all lines of communication and unceasingly looked for ways to improve, including adapting to change in supply-chain forecasting, customizing customer programming, credit/deduction management and merchandising reporting processes and procedures. Their energy and customer orientation inspired increased employee engagement and improved client and customer relationships, especially with distributors and smaller customers.

The team received a Silver Chairman’s Award in 2018 for demonstrating our values of integrity, character, trust, teamwork and loyalty to each other and our organization.
