Current position:

Graduate Assistant, Facilities Operations and Informal Recreation

Belmont University

  • Oversee all aspects of facility management, including but not limited to facility supervision, facility scheduling, special
    events administration, risk management planning, and facility policy and procedure enforcement

  • Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and schedule 70 student employees

  • Act as a liaison between the Fitness & Recreation department and Facility Management Services in reporting all facility
    maintenance and repairs

  • Create professional development programs and opportunities for student employees

  • Lead regularly scheduled meetings with area units and leadership staff

  • Assist in marketing and promotion of departmental and programming area specific brand

  • Plan and coordinate 3-5 climbing wall programs per semester
